Is your site secure?
Yes! Our shopping cart automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to your credit card company using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Our payment gateway is authenticated by Authorize.net.
Can I send a Check or Money Order Instead?
Yes! Simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. When finished, click on View Cart and review your order. Then fill in your address info and click on the "Mail in Check or Money Order" option towards the bottom of the screen. The next page that pops up will be a confirmation page with our mailing address. You will also receive confirmation of your order via email. Once your check is received, your order will be shipped.
Please note he following: Checks must be received within TWO weeks or your order will automatically be cancelled. We reserve the right to hold off on shipping your order until your check has cleared with the bank. Returned checks will be subject to a $25 return check fee.
Can I Fax in my order?

What is your Privacy Policy?
Your privacy is very important to us and is treated the same way we would want our personal information to be treated. Please be assured that information you provide to The Crystal Caravan is kept strictly confidential. We never sell or give out your address, email account or credit card information to anyone.
Returns & Backorder Policy
Though we are sure you will be pleased with your purchase, we realize that there are times when ordering online can be a bit of a 'hit or miss'. In order for you to feel confident about your purchase with The Crystal Caravan we offer a full refund within 30 days if you are for any reason dissatisfied. It will be your responsibility to ship items back to us. Once a returned item is received, we will refund the full purchase price to you minus shipping.
Occasionally we sell out of items or carry smaller supplies than requested and must backorder. We try our best to reorder and get products shipped out within our standard shipping time of 7-10 business days. If, however, we are unable to send the items in that time frame you will be contacted via email with the delay and the expected shipping date. Items which are not expected to be back in stock within 3 weeks, will be considered out of stock and a credit will be applied to your invoice.
Who is The Crystal Caravan?
The Crystal Caravan is owned by me, Kathy Kenney. My husband Bryce has also been instrumental in helping me over the years with this venture. I work out of a small home office in order to keep over head low, and my costs down for you. I have worked in retail management and business administration all the while finishing my fine arts degree which has helped substantially with the creation of this website.
As a little girl I used to collect rocks and even had my own rock tumbler. I can recall making stone pendants and earrings on the kitchen floor as a child. Little did I know it was the beginning of my passion for rocks and minerals. That passion would later become The Crystal Caravan. Along the way I also discovered the ability to read auras, though not via study or traditional methods. This lead to a deeper fascination of metaphysical studies, meditation, eastern religion and philosophy.
The Crystal Caravan was developed ten years ago, and has since become my focus and my vision for the future. This is how I want to spend the rest of my life. I'm not looking to make millions (though it would be nice), I simply want to spread the joy that I have found from crystals, and develop a career in which I can work for myself, and help others find their own personal joy.
Do you have a catalog?
At this time we do not offer a printable catalog of our products. We are still a young company and in constant development of our product lines. Because of this, our inventory is rapidly changing to fit our growing customer needs and a catalog would soon be out of date.
How much do you charge for Shipping?
We now feature reduced flat rate shipping charges on all orders! Only $6.00 for all Priority Shipping and $20.00 for Express Overnight. International orders are charged $25.00 to ship anywhere in the world via Global Priority.
Will I pay Tax on my order?
If you live in the state of Colorado, you will be charged 3.3% sales tax on your order. However, you will not be taxed on the Shipping and Handling portion.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped within 48 hours via UPS Ground, unless specified otherwise. Ground shipping averages about 5 business days from the ship date. You will receive a confirmation email directly from UPS as soon as the product is sent titled "Quantum View", it will contain all of your tracking information along with an estimated delivery date.
Peak periods, adverse weather etc may affect the amount of time it takes for a package to be delivered.
PLEASE NOTE: We will NOT re-ship a package unless there is proof it has not been received after 4 weeks. No exceptions. This includes all mail classes.
What is your International order policy?
We ship to any country in the world! A flat rate shipping charge of $25.00 will be added to your international order.
Do you have a storefront that I can visit?
At this time we operate out of a small home office and are not set up for product viewing. We are hoping that a brick and mortar retail site will follow in the next few years.
How do I place an order?
We have changed our shopping cart services, however it is fairly similar to our last system.
You should be able to follow the steps below to place your order:
*Click on the item
*Add the item to your cart
*In the shopping cart you will see a place to add the coupon code (if available) enter the discount then click on update, your updated total will appear.
*Once you are done adding all of your items, click on checkout.
*You will then fill out your ship to information, click on Continue when you are finished.
*The next screen shows your order and the shipping rates, select your shipping rate and scroll down until you see the New User Signup space. There you will create a login and password for your account and fill out the rest of your billing info. (Next time you shop, you will be able to use your login and ALL of your information will already be set up for you. Once you have finished, click on the privacy policy agreement and click on Next Step.
*From there you will be able to enter your credit card or Paypal information and click on the "charge my credit card" to complete the order.
