How can you stop receiving email from us?

Each promotional email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email. Please note that if you block our email address from sending All emails, you will also no longer receive shipping confirmations or responses via customer service.

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs.

Priority Mail - Most cost effective delivery. Average of 2-3 days.  

Express Mail - Next day delivery to most locations.

CHECKS: Please note that all checks must be received within TWO weeks or the order will be cancelled.  All returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: We offer a full refund within 30 days if you are for any reason dissatisfied.  Please email Kathy at contact@crystalcaravan.com first to confirm the items you are returning and the reason for your return.  Once your return has been verified, simply ship the item(s) back to us and your account will be credited for the full purchase price minus the original shipping.  We will credit you on the return shipping cost. 

LABELING STONES:  We normally don't label each individual stone.  This is because it takes up twice as many materials and time to process the order.  We would have to increase our prices by nearly 20% to be able to pay for all of the additional materials, and our orders would be backed up about a week because of all the time spent labeling. 

What we like to recommend to our customers is that they take the time themselves to sit with each stone and notice it's individual characteristics and, along with our website, match up the names.  This helps to create a stronger bond with the stones and helps imprint your own personal energy on them for enhanced benefits.  Of course, if you get "stuck" on any of them, feel free to email us anytime at contact@crystalcaravan.com with a description so we can help you identify your stones.  Thank you for your understanding.

INTERNATIONAL: Any surcharges or fees on international orders are the responsibility of the customer; this includes VAT and import taxes.  Please note that we do not ship to international PO Boxes.

LOST PACKAGES: We will NOT re-ship a package unless there is proof it has not been received after 4 weeks. No exceptions. This includes all mail classes.

SHIPPING:  We now feature reduced flat rate shipping charges on all orders!  Only $6.00 for all Priority Shipping and $20.00 for Express Overnight.  International orders are charged $25.00 to ship anywhere in the world via Global Priority.
